You should be drinking at least
Avoid eating so fast. You need the water to flush your system of all the toxins and other trash you will find as your workouts break down the fat and your metabolism burns those unwanted calories. This causes a problem because my stomach gets way too full before my brain says stop eating. Bottom line is that if you slow down when you eat you will actually eat less and that is a good thing. I have learned that if I get up at the same time every morning and go to bed at the same time I have a much better day not only in the gym but also at work. Hey if your urine is a dark yellow you are not getting enough water you want it to be very very light yellow and clear is better. This is one of my biggest problems because when I eat I woof it down as fast as I can. I, of course, listen as I eat and eat. Do your best to get a full eight hours of sleep a night. I know that the avoid idea on this one is a stretch but it had to match the other four. Many people want to slash their food intake to next too nothing. Avoid eating processed food. If your body is not burning calories then it is burning muscle or at the very least breaking them down and that is not a good thing.
So the bottom line is the best way to lose stomach fat is to avoid the things listed above and to put together a good nutritional and exercise program that helps you to lose that awful belly fat. Avoid too little water. The same routine is important for you. Try some of the whole grained breads and cereals along with wheat spaghetti and noodles. Avoid starving yourself. Well, maybe not all together but for sure you probably need to cut back on all the store bought processed bread and cereal. It is a proven fact that the less sleep you get the higher insulin and glucose in your blood making for lousy metabolism for burning off the stomach fat.
