(1) The bolt factory shall assemble the engine oil pan and check the usage of the engine bearing bush when carrying out secondary maintenance for 12000 kilometers each time. If the clearance of individual bearing bushes is found to be too large, the bolt shall be replaced, and the connecting rod bolt shall be replaced at the same time. During normal operation, if the engine is found to have unstable operation and abnormal noise, it should also be stopped and checked in time.
(2) The newly replaced connecting rod bolts shall be checked during each maintenance. Attention should be paid to whether there are cracks or dents in the head, guide part and thread part of the Hexagon Flange Bolt, whether the tooth shape and pitch of the thread are abnormal, and whether there are abnormal situations should be resolutely avoided.
(3) When assembling the connecting rod cap, use a torque wrench to tighten it according to the specified specifications to prevent excessive and small torque.
④ Select the connecting rod hexagon flange bolts produced by the matching factory.
