Because this kind of abuse can manifest through text as well as images

This work has been effective in stopping the spread of known CSAM content online over the years. In 2018, new AI technology was announced which steps up the fight against abusers by identifying potential new CSAM content for the first time.In 2006, Google joined the Technology Coalition, partnering with other technology companies on technical solutions to tackle the proliferation of images of child exploitation. In 2015, we expanded our work on hashes by introducing first-of-its-kind fingerprinting and matching technology for videos on YouTube, to scan and identify uploaded videos that contain known child sexual abuse material. So this week, experts and engineers are taking part in an industry "hackathon" where technology companies and NGOs are coming together to collaborate and create new ways to tackle child sexual abuse online.

Because this kind of abuse can manifest through text as well as images, they recently made substantial changes to tackle predatory behaviour in YouTube comments using a classifier, which surfaces for review inappropriate sexual or predatory comments on videos featuring minors. As with many of the new technologies we develop to tackle this kind of harm, we shared this technology with industry free of charge. In 2013, changes were made to the Google Search algorithm to further prevent images, videos and links to child abuse material from appearing in our search results. The new image classifier assists human reviewers sorting through images by prioritising the most likely CSAM content for review. They’ve implemented this change around the world in 40 languages. As well as the Technology Coalition, Google is member of the Internet Watch Foundation and the WePROTECT Global Alliance, and they report any CSAM content we find to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children who in turn report to law enforcement.

In addition to receiving hashes from organisations like the Internet Watch Foundation and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, they also add hashes of newly discovered content to a shared industry database so that other organisations can collaborate on detecting and removing these images. We can all agree that content that exploits or endangers children is abhorrent and unacceptable. This has led to a significant reduction in violative comments this year. Google has a zero tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and are committed to stopping any attempt to use our platforms to spread this kind of abuse.Since they have made the new technology available for free via the Content Safety API in September, more than 200 organisations have requested to access it to support their work to protect children. It already enables them to find and report almost 100 per cent more CSAM than was possible using hash matching alone, and helps reviewers to find CSAM content seven times faster. In 2008, they uses "hashes," or unique digital fingerprints, to identify, remove and report copies of known images automatically, without humans having to review them again. As a result of these efforts, they have seen a thirteen-fold reduction in the number of child sexual abuse image-related queries in Google Search.

This technology, CSAI Match, is unique in its resistance to manipulation and obfuscation of content, and it dramatically increases the number of violative videos that can be detected compared to previous methods. This hackathon marks the latest milestone in our effort to fight this issue through technology, teams and partnerships over two decades. Since then, they have developed and shared new technologies China Wholesale EPTFE waterproof and breathable membrane外部リンク to help organisations globally root out and stop child abuse material being shared.. We’ve launched deterrence campaigns, including a partnership with the Lucy Faithfull Foundation in the UK, to show warning messages in response to search terms associated with child sexual abuse terms.Underpinning all of this work is a deep collaboration with partners. It also reduces the toll on reviewers by requiring fewer people to be exposed to CSAM content. Identifying and removing new images more quickly—often before they have even been viewed—means children who are being sexually abused today are more likely to be identified and protected from further abuse.

The Centre had claimed that Air India had posted an operating profit of Rs 105 crore in FY 2015-16, but the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) had disputed the figure saying the national carrier had in fact incurred a loss of Rs 321 crore. For example, MHA has been initially projecting only Rs 200 crore for the year and later seeks more allocation at revised estimate stage of budget," he told PTI."Air India has shortage of cash flow and is unable to meet its various financial obligations."The authorities responsible for paying bills initially do not project adequate funds for the year."Whatever need be, the requisite amounts may be allocated to these ministries in their budget at the third supplementary stage," he wrote. The officials had asked the ministries concerned to ensure availability of maintenance funds and make budgetary changes for VVIP flights and other special missions run by Air India, yet the outstandings were never cleared completely, it said.63 crore towards the maintenance of Boeing 747-400 aircraft in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for the vice-presidents flights are yet to be cleared by the ministry, they said.

There's so much volume that if you have to add transportation

Amazon's parcel volume was an estimated 1 billion packages in 2015 - the same number that FedEx delivered three years earlier for hundreds of thousands of customers. It has a network of more than 125 fulfillment centers worldwide., which will operate air cargo network.Seattle: Seattle-based Amazon is unveiling its first branded cargo plane, one of 40 jetliners that will make up the e-commerce giant's own air transportation network as it takes more control of its delivery process." Amazon will reveal its branded cargo plane, Amazon One, on Friday at the annual Seafair Air Show.". Eleven of the planes already are delivering packages for Amazon's annual Prime loyalty program, which offers free two-day shipping and other perks."

There's so much volume that if you have to add transportation for yourself, why would you pay a retail price when you can get wholesale It makes sense.Analysts say it makes sense for Amazon to use an air fleet it controls as another way to get its products to online shoppers drawn to fast, no-extra-cost delivery. "Once you have those planes, it certainly creates the opportunity for new products for customers," Clark said, adding: "Stay tuned and we'll see what happens in the future.Amazon recently reported a second-quarter profit of $857 million on $30 billion in revenue.Despite its growing fleet of aircraft, Amazon said it plans to continue to use FedEx, UPS and other transportation partners. The remaining freighters will be rolled out in the next couple of years.Amazon leased 40 Boeing jets from Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings and Air Transport Services Group Inc.

It has all happened due to the construction this city

More than 230 cities were not even complying with the Indian standards. "We are breathing in a lot of carbon monoxide and nitrogen-polluted the eptfe air filter membrane外部リンク smoke which is causing lung elasticity, where the lungs are expanded due to pollution," says Dr Amit. Once they start doing this, the authorities will have to take action in comprehensive way," says Sunil."Shedding light on the health problems brought about by this menace, consultant chest physician at Apollo Clinic, Dr Amit Gawande, says, "I have seen people affected with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) which is common with smokers.

The report also states that nine in 10 Mumbaikars inhale bad air, which is the equivalent of puffing four cigarettes a day.Sunil further says that the Mumbai’s air quality has been deteriorating over the years. However, the MPCB is taking measures to bring it down. This proves that the pollution situation is worsening. "We assessed data from 280 cities that we received from different pollution control boards and learnt that not even one city stands with clear air pollution standards.". And when the wind rises, the dust settles on trees," he explains, adding, "Fifteen feet from the ground is only dust and that is what people are inhaling. Motghare had said earlier, "Mumbai is experiencing various development projects owing to which particulate matter is bound to be higher.

Meanwhile, Stalin has a suggestion for the authorities.Sunil believes that the situation can be changed drastically with a little bit of awareness. So what is behind this catastrophe? "It has all happened due to the construction this city has witnessed over the last four years. This circulates dust, which combines with vehicle smoke, and remains in the air."The doctor reveals that earlier the percentage of non-smokers affected with COPD was between five and 10 per cent; whereas, now it has reached 25 per cent, and the reason is exposure to pollution. The environmentalist blames the authority for sitting in air-conditioned offices and letting the poor and vulnerable people suffer. These bodies have done little to preserve the green cover," says Stalin. "

Every construction site, whether government or private, needs to sprinkle water at construction sites to prevent dust particles from escaping. There should be more high-quality hybrid buses on dedicated bus lanes. "The children and senior citizens are the ones who are bearing the brunt of it," slams Stalin. But in the last few years we have been getting a lot of non-smokers with COPD.In a recent assessment by non-governmental environmental organisation Greenpeace India, several cities have been affected by airborne toxins. "People have to be more assertive on their right to health and life. That shows that the air pollution is the national concern," says Sunil Dahiya, senior campaigner, Greenpeace India. "Decreasing air quality is the one area which has been completely neglected by the municipal corporations and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.

Environmentalist Stalin Dayanand rues that air pollution is neither a priority for authorities nor for the people. "The significance and the magnitude of the hazards are seen parallel to that of Beijing and the rest of China. The MPCB didn’t respond to our queries despite repeated attempts. But the Maximum City aside, other Indian cities are also being suffocated by toxic fumes. People have to restrict usage of private cars and use public transport more often," says Stalin. The World Health Organisation (WHO), in a recent report, ranked Mumbai fourth among the most polluted mega cities in the world. But even they have less pollution than Mumbai," he adds.M. However, the joint director, Air, MPCB V

The movies show that lightsabers are glowing blades about four feet

There are many ways to make a plasma torch, but the simplest one employs two electrodes and a flowing material, usually a gas such as oxygen, nitrogen or something similar.Plasma blades A more realistic technology is a plasma. They clearly contain a tremendous amount of energy and can quickly melt large amounts of metal. They can cut through flesh without any difficulty, yet their hilts are not so hot as to burn the hand that holds them. This stripping causes the material to glow. This suggests that these weapons must contain a powerful and compact energy supply. Neither of these characteristics describes a lightsaber. Lasers don’t have a fixed length, as you can determine using a simple laser pointer.

Two light sabers will not pass through each other, and there are different colors of scintillating blades.A look at the tech available currently which could help in the making of this iconic weaponAn elegant weapon. If one could explore the device’s performance, perhaps a few engineers could turn the lightsaber into next Christmas’ hot, new "must-have" gift. The glow of a fluorescent light is a plasma, as are neon lights. But what technology could possibly yield the lightsaber With that desire, came the first attempts to reverse-engineer the device. Such a material is created by stripping a gas’s atoms of their electrons, a process called ionization. A plasma is a fourth state of matter, after the familiar three states of solid, liquid and gas. A high voltage on the electrodes ionizes the gas, converting it into a plasma. Those plasmas seem pretty cool, as one can touch the tubes without singeing any fingers. For example, the heat energy in a cup of coffee (which has a much lower temperature) is much higher than the energy stored in a fluorescent light.

While such a device is called a plasma cutter, it is really an electrical arc cutter (or welder), as the plasma actually acts as a conductor to let an electrical current flow through it. But because the density of the gas in a fluorescent light tube is so low, even though the temperature is high, the total amount of heat energy is very low.Given the name and appearances, the first obvious thought is that perhaps lightsabers consist of some kind of laser.. An added complexity is that the electrons in the plasma have a much higher energy than the ionised atoms from which the electrons originated.2 meters) long. The principle is the same as a light bulb, but with more electrical current involved. These are called plasma torches. This is the how a lightsaber was introduced to viewers nearly 40 years ago.. However, this research about clumping photons made the rounds a while ago. But what do scientists know that could, in theory, reveal how to build a lightsaber

The movies show that lightsabers are glowing blades about four feet (1.. However, plasmas <A href="https://www.eptfemembrane.net/product/the-eptfe-air-filter-membrane.html">The ePTFE air filter membrane Manufacturers</A are typically rather hot, on the order of several thousand degrees. Some plasmas can actually generate considerable heat. However, this hypothesis is easy to rule out.Building a lightsaberGiven the impact the Star Wars franchise has had on society, it’s inevitable that a segment of the public would love to make a lightsaber, and even train with it. Because a plasma is electrically conductive, it can convey a large electrical current to the target material, heating it up and melting it. You have seen examples of plasmas all of your life.

For those introduced to the weapon in 1977, when the first Star Wars movie came out, the characteristic hum of the lightsaber and the epic fight between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi is etched in those viewers' minds. At the risk of crushing the dreams of some readers: Remember: Star Wars is science fiction. Trademark weapon of the semi-mystical Jedi, it is said that the glowing blade kept peace for millennia in the Galactic Republic. Reverse engineering, in this context, is thinking about how to do it not actually building one. Further, unless the light is somehow scattered, a laser is essentially invisible as it passes through the air. for a more civilized age
